Prime Venture Investments is a Kansas City, Missouri-based commercial real estate company founded to build and manage a proprietary portfolio of income-producing properties. We acquire assets for our own account — not as a broker, fund manager, or third-party service provider. Every property in our portfolio is owned and operated directly by the firm.
Over time, the company has grown its portfolio through disciplined, direct acquisition across commercial asset classes, with active day-to-day management of every property it owns. All decisions — purchase, management, and disposition — are made internally by the principals, without outside intermediaries or external fund structures.
Shane ORoark, the founder, and CEO of Prime Venture Investments, brings decades of diverse experience to the table, from managing automotive dealerships to firearms sales and training, alongside his extensive 36 years in law enforcement. A lifelong Northland resident in Kansas City, Missouri, Shane is dedicated to fostering economic growth within his community through strategic commercial real estate acquisitions. At Prime Venture Investments, he focuses on building and managing a robust portfolio of properties, creating spaces that drive prosperity for the neighborhoods he calls home.
