Prime Venture Investments is headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, and our portfolio is concentrated in the greater Kansas City metro and surrounding regional markets. We pursue acquisitions in markets with strong fundamentals: population stability, employer diversity, and proven commercial real estate demand.

Current and target ownership market is the Kansas City Metro Area, other areas can be vetted on a case by case basis.
